We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Panjim, Goa. This role is suitable for recent graduates or those with up to two years of experience in sales.
As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and understanding their needs. You will actively reach out to leads, presenting our products and services to help meet their requirements. Building strong relationships with clients is crucial, as you will also provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
- **Lead Generation**: Research and identify potential clients through various channels. This includes networking, social media, and referrals.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present our offerings to clients and highlight the benefits of our products. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of each client.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report sales figures and market trends to the team to help inform strategy and improve performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You are expected to be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. A basic understanding of sales principles and processes is preferred.
