Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding client requirements, conducting follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, and converting inquiries into customers.

You will interact with prospective clients, schedule meetings, demos, and consultations, and work closely with the Sales Manager to support deal closures. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in software, SaaS, fintech, or technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact assigned leads and explain company products and services professionally.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

* Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.

* Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead status and follow-up updates.

* Schedule client meetings, demos, consultations, or site visits.

* Coordinate with the Sales Manager for hot leads and deal closures.

* Handle client queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

* Prepare daily calling, follow-up, and sales reports.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain professionalism, discipline, and timely reporting.
