roles & responsibilities:
sell residential properties in dombivali and kalyan market
ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
attending the walking customers and understanding their needs and guide/explain them accordingly
reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls
develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales
participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions
qualifications, skills & experience:
2+ years of experience in mid-income/affordable residential sales
graduate from a ugc certified college, mba good to have (not mandatory)
understanding of the real estate business
build and handle a strong network of connections
knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends
should have excellent communication and presentation skills
languages to be known: marathi, english & hindi
preferred joining:
immediate joiners or within 15 days from offer roll out
