Job Description

roles & responsibilities:

 sell residential properties in dombivali and kalyan market

 ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory

 attending the walking customers and understanding their needs and guide/explain them accordingly

 reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

 perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value

 accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls

 develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales

 participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions

qualifications, skills & experience:

 2+ years of experience in mid-income/affordable residential sales

 graduate from a ugc certified college, mba good to have (not mandatory)

 understanding of the real estate business

 build and handle a strong network of connections

 knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends

 should have excellent communication and presentation skills

 languages to be known: marathi, english & hindi

preferred joining:

 immediate joiners or within 15 days from offer roll out
