Roles & Responsibilities:
ï‚· Sell residential properties in Dombivali and Kalyan market
ï‚· Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
ï‚· Attending the walking customers and understanding their needs and guide/explain them accordingly
ï‚· Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
ï‚· Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
ï‚· Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls
ï‚· Develop network and engage with various Channel Partners/Brokers & promote sales
ï‚· Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
ï‚· 2+ years of experience in mid-income/affordable residential sales
ï‚· Graduate from a UGC certified college, MBA good to have (not mandatory)
ï‚· Understanding of the Real Estate Business
ï‚· Build and handle a strong network of connections
ï‚· Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends
ï‚· Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
ï‚· Languages to be known: Marathi, English & Hindi
