Roles & Responsibilities: Sell residential properties in Dombivali and Kalyan market Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory Attending the walking customers and understanding their needs and guide/explain them accordingly Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls Develop network and engage with various Channel Partners/Brokers & promote sales Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitionsQualifications, Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in mid-income/affordable residential sales Graduate from a UGC certified college, MBA good to have (not mandatory) Understanding of the Real Estate Business Build and handle a strong network of connections Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends Should have excellent communication and presentation skills Languages to be known: Marathi, English & HindiPreferred Joining: Immediate Joiners OR Within 15 days from offer roll out
