Job Description

key responsibilities and duties

lead generation & prospecting:

proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.

build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective accounts and contacts.

sales process management:

set up meetings and conduct product presentations/demonstrations to potential clients, tailoring the pitch to address their specific needs and pain points.

manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing the deal.

handle customer objections effectively and professionally.

client relationship management:

build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and secure repeat/referral business.

provide post-sales support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

reporting & strategy:

maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer information in the crm system (., salesforce, hubspot).

prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.

conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

goals & targets:

consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and kpis.

required skills and qualifications

proven experience: demonstrated track record as a sales executive or in a similar relevant sales role.

communication & presentation: excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

negotiation & closing: strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven approach.

technical proficiency: hands-on experience with crm software (customer relationship management) and ms office suite.

business acumen: thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, as well as general business principles.

personal attributes:

self-motivated and driven by targets.

high degree of resilience and persistence, with the ability to handle rejection.

strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.

education: a high school degree is typically required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred, especially for technical or specialized sales roles.
