Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dharashiv. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our [mention specific products/services if relevant]. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a passion for driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Actively research and identify potential customers and sales opportunities within the assigned territory (Dharashiv and surrounding areas).

Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and direct visits.

Qualify leads to determine their potential and suitability for our products/services.

Sales Process Management:

Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition.

Understand customer needs and pain points, and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes.

Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.

Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Gather customer feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product/service improvement.

Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data in the CRM system (if applicable).

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

Track personal sales goals and work towards achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

Market Knowledge & Collaboration:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the region.

Collaborate effectively with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to enhance sales efforts.
