• sales executive is responsible for proper communication of customer account management matters, loading and shipment of finished goods to the customers as mentioned in gci qms.
• he/she is also responsible to implement sops and create programs for customer related systems, dispatch and shipment of finished goods.
• operating as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
• overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
• answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
• ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
• liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including production, quality, printing and finance departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
• this position may require occasional travel.
• clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• forecast and track key account metrics (. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• prepare reports on account status.
• assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
