Sales Executive is responsible for proper communication of customer account management matters, loading and shipment of finished goods to the customers as mentioned in GCI QMS. He/she is also responsible to implement SOPs and create programs for customer related systems, dispatch and shipment of finished goods. Operating as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit. Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Production, Quality, Printing and Finance departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). Prepare reports on account status. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
