Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives to handle qualified customer leads, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products or services, and convert prospects into customers. Candidates should be confident, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Daily Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Contact qualified, pre-generated customer leads and convert them into sales.

- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

- Customer Follow-up: Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the sales process.

- Pipeline Management: Track leads and manage prospects at different stages of the sales process.

- Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly sales targets to maximize incentive earnings.

- CRM Maintenance: Update customer interactions, follow-up status, and sales records accurately.
