Fresher hiring for Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Sales Executive for hajj and umrah who can handle leads from initial inquiry to final conversion. The role involves client communication, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth sales process the role is based in Pune (Work from Office at Kondhwa/ Mominpura Branch).

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000

Timing: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Day shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing leads through calls and messages

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

Explain services/packages clearly to clients

Follow up with potential clients regularly

Convert leads into confirmed sales

Maintain proper client data and call records

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process completion

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Basic understanding of sales and client handling

Confident and Gracious

Ability to follow up and handle multiple leads

MS Excel / data analysing and handling (preferred)
