Direct Walk-In Interview For Sales Executive (1-3 Years)

Sales & Promotion :

o Identify and target potential small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for MSME loan offerings.

o Promote MSME loan products to business owners and entrepreneurs.

o Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable loan solutions based on their business needs.

* Customer Interaction :

o Meet with business owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing needs.

o Explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment options of MSME loans to clients.

o Assist customers in completing loan applications and the necessary documentation for loan approval.

* Target Achievement :

o Consistently achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.

o Track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.

* Documentation & Compliance:

o Ensure all loan applications, documentation, and processes comply with company policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements.

* Market Research :

o Stay updated on trends in the MSME sector, and Provide feedback to management on market conditions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

* Education:

o Graduate

* Experience:

o Previous experience in sales for 1-2 years, especially in MSME loans, commercial banking, or financial products.

o Experience in working with SMEs and understanding their financing requirements is highly preferred.

* Skills:

o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Ability to analyze customer financials and recommend appropriate loan products.

o Understanding of MSME business challenges and financial needs.

Salary Package - 35k to 40k (based on interview and previous employment package) + incentive
