Direct Walk-In Interview For Sales Executive (1-3 Years)

sales & promotion :

o identify and target potential small and medium enterprises (smes) for msme loan offerings.

o promote msme loan products to business owners and entrepreneurs.

o understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable loan solutions based on their business needs.

* customer interaction :

o meet with business owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing needs.

o explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment options of msme loans to clients.

o assist customers in completing loan applications and the necessary documentation for loan approval.

* target achievement :

o consistently achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.

o track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.

* documentation & compliance:

o ensure all loan applications, documentation, and processes comply with company policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements.

* market research :

o stay updated on trends in the msme sector, and provide feedback to management on market conditions

required skills & qualifications :

* education:

o graduate

* experience:

o previous experience in sales for 1-2 years, especially in msme loans, commercial banking, or financial products.

o experience in working with smes and understanding their financing requirements is highly preferred.

* skills:

o strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o ability to analyze customer financials and recommend appropriate loan products.

o understanding of msme business challenges and financial needs.

salary package - 35k to 40k (based on interview and previous employment package) + incentive
