key responsibilities:

-identify, approach, and acquire new customers through field visits and networking.

-maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

-present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.

-conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.

-meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

-maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and follow-ups.

-collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.

-provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

requirements:

-proven experience as a field sales executive or in a similar role.

-strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

-ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

-self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.

-willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.

-bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

-basic knowledge of ms office and crm tools is an advantage.
