Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Acquire new clients/franchisee
Client Acquisition: Promote and facilitate the opening of Demat and trading accounts with Angel One through personal networks and referrals.
Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients via various channels, including social media, personal contacts, and professional networks.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on outreach efforts and account openings.
Initial Phase (Month 1): Performance-based incentives per successfully referred and opened account.
Salary Progression: Upon meeting predefined performance targets in the first month, candidates become eligible for a fixed monthly salary in addition to ongoing incentives.
