acquire new clients/franchisee
client acquisition: promote and facilitate the opening of demat and trading accounts with angel one through personal networks and referrals.
lead generation: identify and approach potential clients via various channels, including social media, personal contacts, and professional networks.
relationship management: maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
reporting: provide regular updates on outreach efforts and account openings.
initial phase (month 1): performance-based incentives per successfully referred and opened account.
salary progression: upon meeting predefined performance targets in the first month, candidates become eligible for a fixed monthly salary in addition to ongoing incentives.
