JD for Business Development Executive –HVAC (Heat, Ventilation & Air conditioning)

(Post is for industrial technical HVAC/clean room product& not for door to door or direct consumer product sales)

Required Education Qualification: B. E. Mechanical/MBA

Years of experience: 3-4 years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description is as below:

• Market Analysis & Lead Generation for Clean room requirement in Pharma, HVAC requirement in Food Industries, VRF for corporate office, commercial building

• Evaluation of tender documents

• Attending pre-bid meetings with client and getting technical clarification on Tender

• Cost Estimation of the Project

• Estimation of quantities and heat load calculation

• Preparation of techno-commercial proposals

• Floating enquiries for various supplies and bought out items

• Price comparison of the various vendors and cost analysis

• Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations

• Continually build new client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
