Job Description is as below:

Market Analysis & Lead Generation for Clean room requirement in Pharma, HVAC requirement in Food Industries, VRF for corporate office, commercial building

Evaluation of tender documents

Attending pre-bid meetings with client and getting technical clarification on Tender

Cost Estimation of the Project

Estimation of quantities and heat load calculation

Preparation of techno-commercial proposals

Floating enquiries for various supplies and bought out items

Price comparison of the various vendors and cost analysis

Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations

Continually build new client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
