Job Description:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, electronics, and capital equipment.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Achieve sales targets by promoting a range of industrial automation products, including PLCs, HMIs, motors, and robotics solutions.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Address customer queries, provide technical support, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to strategically position the company's products.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends and customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to close deals efficiently.
Key Requirements
Educational Qualification: / in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales of automation products, machinery, capital equipment, or cutting tools.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of industrial automation products like PLCs, HMIs, motors, robotics, or similar technologies.
