Service EngineerJob Description:The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Strategis machines at customer sites. The role involves close interaction with clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfactionDesired Profile:Familiarity with industrial automation tools and equipment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.Willingness to travel to customer sites within the regionResponsibilities:Installation, commission, and testing of automation machines at customer sitesTroubleshoot and diagnose issues related to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines operate efficiently.Educate customers on proper machine usage, maintenance procedures, and best practicesCollaborate with the engineering team to improve product design and functionality.Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to the engineering and design teams to help improve machine design and reliabilityDocument service activities, including reports and technical documentation.Experience: 0- 2 years, preferably in industrial automation or machinery.Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hosur & BangaloreFunctional Area: After SalesQualifications: Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics or ITI passed

Job Description:Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, electronics, and capital equipment.Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.Achieve sales targets by promoting a range of industrial automation products, including PLCs, HMIs, motors, and robotics solutions.Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.Address customer queries, provide technical support, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to strategically position the company's products.Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends and customer requirements.Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales proposals and quotations.Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to close deals efficiently.Key RequirementsEducational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales of automation products, machinery, capital equipment, or cutting tools.Technical Skills:Knowledge of industrial automation products like PLCs, HMIs, motors, robotics, or similar technologies.
