we seek a dynamic sales and marketing engineer to drive growth in our industrial air compressors division. you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
key responsibilities:
- develop and execute sales strategies for industrial air compressors.
- build and maintain relationships with b2b clients (manufacturers, distributors, etc.).
- conduct product presentations, demos, and technical consultations.
- perform market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.
- collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
- prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order closure.
- travel extensively across kolkata and neighbouring regions to meet clients.
requirements:
- graduate degree in science or related field. age limit 26-30 years
- 12 years of experience in sales/marketing of industrial machinery (air compressors preferred).
- must own a bike with a valid driving license for client visits.
- strong communication skills in *english, bengali , hindi ; persuasive negotiator.
- tech-savvy with proficiency in crm tools and ms office.
- self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about customer success.
