We seek a dynamic Sales and Marketing Engineer to drive growth in our Industrial Air Compressors division. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial air compressors.
- Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients (manufacturers, distributors, etc.).
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical consultations.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order closure.
- Travel extensively across Kolkata and neighbouring regions to meet clients.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Science or related field. Age limit 26-30 years
- 12 years of experience in sales/marketing of industrial machinery (air compressors preferred).
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license for client visits.
- Strong communication skills in *English, Bengali , Hindi ; persuasive negotiator.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about customer success.
