1. Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information 2. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested 3. Payment follow up from the customer 4. Prepare clear and effective written proposal/quotations for customers. 5. To maintain daily, weekly & monthly sales report and keep customer records 6. To Maintain inquiry register and Offer register 7. Responsible for the follow-up with customer on regular basis for closing lead 8. Prepare reports for monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly review. 9.Identify and analysis State wise/City wise prospect client and share company profile and product details through Call/E-Mail/SMS. 10. Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
