Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic home automation sales or possess a strong technical foundation in electronics, coupled with excellent communication skills. This role is suitable for individuals passionate about sales, as well as technically inclined candidates looking to transition into sales or technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team to manage client inquiries, quotations, and order processing

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors

Support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities

Assist in preparing sales presentations and product demonstrations

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper understanding of product offerings

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications & Skills

Background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Experience in home automation, electronic product sales, or similar domain is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic technical understanding of automation systems (PIR sensors, lighting controls, etc.)

Ability to handle both sales and coordination responsibilities efficiently

Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
