Sales Coordinator

We Are Hiring for Sales And dispatch coordinator

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Coordinating with customers and factory people on the phone and email.

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

Preparing and sending quotes, purchase order and proforma invoice

Managing the backend sales process.

Participating in sales team meetings.

Follow up with the customers for payment

Use Tally to make sales bills, e-invoice, e-way bill etc.

Maintain item records using dispatch, prepare necessary documents and generate reports to project warehouse status.

Co-ordinate with different transport services and factory floor to ensure efficient loading and unloading of material

Monthly Ledger preparation.

Planning and managing logistics, warehouse and transportation

Required Candidate Profile

Gender: Female

Location: Close to Vile Parle and Andheri area Only.

Exp: 1+ years of experience in sales and dispatch

Education: Graduate

Knowledge of Tally is a must
