Ø Make about outbound calls to potential clients

Ø Strategic approach to retention & client service

Ø Ability to create a network of intermediaries from real estate, housing finance etc domain.

Ø Ability to consolidate and aggregate leads from designated zones directly and through intermediaries.

Ø Client awareness campaigns to build a flagship brand in the respective region

Ø Responsible for data management to ensure good services to the customers

Ø Address the queries of the clients and providing the appropriate solutions

Ø Prompt responses to the clients emails with necessary information

Ø Identify problem statement & escalate issues to the Manager as appropriate

Ø Document call information according to standard operating procedures

Ø Perform customized targeted sales strategies

Ø Meet required targets for assigned leads / Database, active and inactive calls

Ø Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate
