Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate / Junior Sales Executive to support retail and mandate-driven sales by engaging with homebuyers, brokers, and channel partners across Mumbai micro-markets. The role requires strong communication skills, field execution, and customer engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and broker-referred clients

Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs

Coordinate with brokers, developers, and internal teams

Support mandate sales, follow-ups, and CRM updates

Participate in on-ground sales activities, broker meets, and client engagements

Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and client interactions

Candidate Profile

Graduate (Mumbai-based colleges preferred)

Experience in Insurance, Home Loans, or Real Estate sales

Good English communication and professional presentation

Basic knowledge of Mumbai geography and micro-markets

Willingness to work in a field-intensive, target-driven environment
