The role requires strong communication skills, field execution, and customer engagement capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads and broker-referred clientsConduct site visits and property walkthroughsCoordinate with brokers, developers, and internal teamsSupport mandate sales, follow-ups, and CRM updatesParticipate in on-ground sales activities, broker meets, and client engagementsMaintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and client interactionsCandidate ProfileGraduate (Mumbai-based colleges preferred)Experience in Insurance, Home Loans, or Real Estate salesGood English communication and professional presentationBasic knowledge of Mumbai geography and micro-marketsWillingness to work in a field-intensive, target-driven environment
