job functions and duties:
• assisting in the sales process through data analysis, collecting and analysing data from sales reports
• conducting research and monitoring the competition and the surrounding market.
• work on inside sales activities like pre-sales, post sales and preparing quotes for the sales team and forecasting sales,
• customer relation management - tender processing, national and international business co-ordination, validation of technical specifications, attending pre-bid and post bid meetings, apprising with customers on the technical aspects
• preparing daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales reviews
• provide any technical input needed for project implementation team
• proficient with erp systems, iqms experience a plus
• ensure adherence to the laws and policies of the organisation.
