We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Manager to help us build up our business activities. Sales Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we€™d like to meet you. Ultimately, you€™ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company€™s rapid and sustainable growth.

€¢ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

€¢ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

€¢ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

€¢ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

€¢ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

€¢ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

€¢ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

€¢ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

€¢ Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

€¢ Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

€¢ Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

€¢ Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

€¢ Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

Skills and Qualifications:

€¢ Should have 2 to 4 years+ experience

€¢ Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

€¢ Track record of achieving sales Targets

€¢ Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

€¢ Understanding of sales performance metrics

€¢ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

€¢ Ability to deliver engaging presentations

€¢ Knowledge of existing Banking industry

€¢ Proven track record of success in sales
