Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Agri Sales Officers. The primary responsibility is to engage with farmers and rural customers, promote banking products, and ensure smooth processing of loans and other financial services. Freshers are welcome to apply and will receive necessary training.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition:

Engage with farmers and rural customers.

Promote and sell banking products such as loans, saving accounts, and insurance policies.

2. Product Promotion:

Explain various bank products including crop loans, agri insurance, and government subsidy schemes.

Ensure awareness of financial products among rural customers.

3. Relationship Building:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Understand customer financial needs and offer personalized banking solutions.

4. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet/exceed monthly targets:

Saving Account: 34 accounts

Kisan Gold Card: 4 files

Auto Loan Activation: 12 per month

Client File Renewal: Every 3 years

Promote and sell agri-related banking services consistently.

5. Loan Processing:

Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.

Ensure accurate and timely loan disbursement.

Qualifications:

Graduation (Any Stream) Mandatory

Freshers are encouraged to apply

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable in field sales

Ability to work independently in rural areas
