Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide them with accurate information about products to enhance their shopping experience.

2. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of all products in the store to confidently answer customer inquiries and promote sales.

3. Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets by actively engaging with customers and encouraging purchases.

4. Inventory Management: Assist with the organization and display of merchandise, ensuring shelves are stocked and product promotions are highlighted.

5. Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and returns as per company policy.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th pass and possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Previous experience in sales or retail is a plus, but not mandatory; we welcome fresh talent as well. A positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and a willingness to learn are essential. Male candidates are preferred for this role. The job necessitates a full-time commitment and requires working from the office.
