Restaurant Captain (3-6 Years)

We are looking for a Restaurant Captain to lead our dining team in Dehradun. This is a full-time position requiring 3 to 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma and possess excellent leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Team Management:** Supervise and motivate the wait staff to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction. Regularly train team members on menu offerings and service protocols to maintain consistency.

- **Customer Interaction:** Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

- **Order Coordination:** Take and process orders accurately, ensuring they are communicated efficiently to the kitchen staff. Check on guests throughout their meal to ascertain their satisfaction with the food and service.

- **Table Settings and Cleanliness:** Ensure that tables are set correctly and maintained in a clean and orderly fashion. Regularly inspect the dining area for cleanliness and prompt any necessary actions.

- **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels of food and supplies. Assist in ordering replenishments as needed to prevent shortage during busy hours.

The successful candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. A customer-oriented mindset and a passion for providing excellent service are important for this role. Familiarity with restaurant management software is desirable.
