Resource Manager - Gomti Nagar Lucknow

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Reporting Manager to monitor the operational status of machinery deployed at various project sites. The candidate will be responsible for regularly communicating with machine operators, collecting updates on machine performance, identifying operational issues, and ensuring that concerns are reported to the management and resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Contact machine operators on a daily basis to collect updates on the condition and performance of machinery at project sites.

Monitor the operational status, breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and machine utilization.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on machine performance.

Report equipment issues, delays, or breakdowns to the management in a timely manner.

Coordinate with the operations, maintenance, and management teams to ensure quick resolution of reported issues.

Track pending issues and follow up until they are resolved.

Maintain accurate records of machine status, service history, and operator feedback.

Escalate critical issues that may affect project timelines or productivity.

Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Support management with operational data and insights for better decision-making.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good organizational and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.

Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in operations, reporting, coordination, or a similar role.

Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience

Experience in construction, infrastructure, equipment rental, mining, or industrial operations is an added advantage.

Familiarity with heavy machinery and field operations is preferred.
