Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Reservation Staff member to join our team in Kanpur. This position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about customer service and are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Handling Reservations**: You will manage bookings for travel, accommodation, and events, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.

2. **Customer Service**: Provide excellent support to clients, answering queries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

3. **Communication**: Liaise with customers through phone calls and emails, providing information about services and assisting with any requests they may have.

4. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions, ensuring all data is up to date and readily available.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff members to coordinate bookings and streamline operations, contributing to a smooth workflow.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A high school diploma is required, and candidates should be at least 12th pass.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

- A friendly and professional attitude is necessary to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

- Basic computer skills are required, including familiarity with reservation systems and Microsoft Office.

- The ability to problem-solve and think on your feet is important, especially when dealing with customer inquiries or issues.
