Research Associate (Fresher)

We are hiring a detail-oriented research associate to support technical research, market assessment, feasibility work, proposal writing and the documentation of new projects. The ideal applicant can work with unfamiliar subjects, verify sources and turn large amounts of information into useful, readable findings.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical and commercial research• Review technical publications, patent literature, product specifications and relevant public sources.• Research customers, competitors, suppliers, use cases and industry developments.• Prepare structured comparisons, early feasibility assessments and opportunity briefs.• Record reliable sources and distinguish confirmed facts from estimates or assumptions.Proposals and documentation• Draft project summaries, concept notes, business plans, technical reports and slide presentations.• Identify relevant incubator programmes, innovation grants, tenders and partnership opportunities.• Track application criteria, deadlines, forms and supporting documents without assuming eligibility.• Organise research libraries, references, datasets and versioned project records.Project support• Gather information from engineers, business-development staff and external contributors.• Track research milestones, required inputs and completion of documentation deliverables.• Present concise research findings and explain how they inform the next decision.Required Skills and Preferred Background• Excellent research discipline, reading comprehension and written English.• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online research tools.• Ability to summarise technical concepts accurately without overstating conclusions.• Competence with AI-assisted research tools combined with independent source verification.• Education in engineering, science, economics, business or another analytically rigorous field is preferred.• Research reports, academic projects or proposal-writing samples are an advantage.How Performance Will Be Assessed• Accurate, clearly referenced research delivered by agreed deadlines.• Proposals and project files that are organised, complete and easy for others to review.• Relevant opportunities and risks identified early enough to influence decisions.Application and Interview ProcessApply by WhatsApp to .
