Role Overview

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for sourcing quality customers as per business targets while strictly following bank processes and policies. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

RO – MSME / LAP

Minimum 1 year experience in MSME Loan / Loan Against Property (secured business loans).

Must be handling Direct Market Sourcing (DST model).

Strong understanding of MSME / LAP products, documentation, and sourcing mechanism.

Exposure to Affordable MSME / Affordable LAP is mandatory.

RO – Housing Loan

Minimum 1 year experience in Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan (secured).

Must be handling Direct Market Sourcing (DST model).

Good understanding of Housing Loan products, documentation, and sourcing process.

Exposure to Affordable Housing Loan segment is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing loan customers as per business plan and targets.

Maintaining strict credit discipline and ensuring zero default.

Monitoring loan portfolio through regular visits and utilization checks.

Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Handling complete documentation and file processing.

Maintaining accurate records and timely reporting.

Resolving customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.

Completing loan formalities including explanation of terms, signature collection, and documentation.

Performing additional tasks assigned by management.

Eligibility & Criteria

Graduation in any stream (mandatory).

Minimum 1 year relevant experience with proper relieving letter.

2–3 years BFSI experience preferred.

Maximum age: 30 years.

CIBIL score: 700 or above.

Employment gap should not exceed 4 months.

Candidates must join at similar CTC.

Avoid candidates from Personal Loan, Credit Card, Fresher, or Unsecured Loan background.

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience & last CTC).
