Job Overview

Galaxy Light Studio is looking for a confident and dynamic Relationship Officer who can build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities

Visit clients regularly to build and maintain strong professional relationships

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and Galaxy Light Studio

Understand client requirements and ensure timely coordination with internal teams

Maintain client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service support

Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals

Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns effectively

Maintain records of client interactions and visits

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong, confident, and bold personality

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

Professional attitude with a presentable appearance

Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel for client visits

Language Requirements

Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (mandatory)

Experience & Qualifications

13 years of experience in a Relationship Officer / Client Relationship / Sales Support role

Experience in a service-oriented or creative industry will be an added advantage
