 need-based selling: implement and adhere to the need-based selling model to

 policy issuance: ensure the timely issuance of policies by resolving any 
pending issues.
 post-sales service: provide prompt and efficient post-sales service to all 
allocated customers.
 customer engagement: adhere to customer touch-point engagement protocols 
to effectively service your portfolio of customers.
 persistency ratio: maintain the desired persistence ratio to ensure long-term 
client satisfaction and retention.
 strategic collaboration: strategize and work closely with your supervisor to 
meet and exceed business numbers.
