Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently.

Educate clients on product features, benefits, and market trends.

Business Growth & Sales/Retention:

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

Actively work towards achieving assigned sales, revenue, or client retention targets.

Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive initial experience.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to clients in Nashik and Maharashtra.

Provide feedback to internal teams (product development, marketing) on client preferences and market demands.

Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and interaction details in the CRM system.

Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and relationship health.
