Relationship Manager - Banca:

Position: Banca FLS

Department: Bancassurance Direct Channel

Reporting to: Territory Manager

Location: Bangalore

Sub Department: Bancassurance- Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Key Account abilities

● Timely attend to the service appointments given

● Update status of appointments accurately and timely in system

● Work with customer in long term as their relationship manager

● Support SP in performing need analysis and conversion of sales

● Delivering consistently on Goal Sheet parameters

● Adhering to PNB MetLife policies and providing need based selling support.

● Acting as a team player and reporting the number of applications logged in for the business

everyday to the reporting manager without fail

● Ensure high level of Persistency & Customer Service to the customers

Required qualifications, experience and Eligibility :

Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree/Professional Degree

Preferred Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Life Insurance

Age: Max with in 33 yrs

Salary: up to LPA

Should be fluent in Kannada
