key responsibilities:
achieve quarterly sales targets through paid leads & data calling.
pitch relevant property options to prospective buyers.
assist in site visits and ensure smooth deal closures.
daily follow-ups on assigned leads to maximize conversions.

collaborate as a team player under the guidance of the sales manager.
mandatory skills & qualifications:
excellent communication (english ,tamil,+ hindi is plus).
strong negotiation & customer handling skills.
