roles and responsibilities
• visit potential customers for new business
• grow existing accounts and develop new accounts in order to meet sales & profitability goals establish by the direct sales management
• ensure that business targets are met month on month
• he/she should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
• ensure all training modules laid by l&d department are attended & certifications obtained.
• direct selling to the customers via appointments (office/home visits)
• ensure the leads/appointments allocated are attended & reverted within tat.
• ensure self-sourcing targets are achieved – ensure business reporting, mis on sales call, lead utilization and conversion are updated & maintained daily.
• ensure that mis/reporting formats are maintained/updated on a regular basis
• be an insurance solution provider for our customers
• educate the customer about the company/channel
• customer servicing – ensure strict adherence to human resource norms
