With a core focus on quality, customization, and innovation, Gui Tea serves a wide range of B2B clients including bubble tea chains, coffee shops, bakeries, catering services, and beverage factories.

The Regional Sales Manager mainly develop local corporate clients in the F&B industry, catering industry and baking industry, do customization and wholesale. Collect and provide the clients feedback to the R&D department of Gui Tea in China mainland. Build a team according to market development, make sales plan and budget. Propose product develop plan, which can cover any tea, foods and beverages Gui Tea can provide. Establish customer profiles, visit key customers regularly, handle complaints and demands, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships. Deal with Import & Export business if in need.

Participate in relative exhibitions, business negotiations and other activities to promote cooperation on major projects. Prepare periodic market development progress reports and updates and present monthly sales performance to Vice President who in charge of oversea market. Develop and execute business and marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and implement profitability objectives to ensure sustainable sales growth.

Nationality:Arabic or with Valid VISA to Work

Experience : 5+ yrs in TEA Trading / Regional Managaer Level

Location Preference: Any Middle East Country Bahrain, Kuwait , Oman , Qatar Saudi Arabia , UAE

Good to have wholesale / export experience

Possess market analysis, channel development and business negotiation skills, and be familiar with the characteristics of the Southeast Asian market is a plus

Excellent communication skills in ARABIC and English.

Proficient in business analysis, sales reporting, and client interaction. High attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Salary : 6000 to 10,000 USD Per Month
