• conduct research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.

• assigns, mentor and monitors work of sales team providing technical and analytical support and direction.
• interface with external clients or field-based employees on technical matters as needed.
• manages issues/problems and activity progress to ensure sales goals, ., deadline, scope
are achieved. assists with service problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
• work on workflow management system for sales tracking and scheduling.
• act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor organizations to ensure all sales targets and requirements are met.
