Conduct research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets. Manages issues/problems and activity progress to ensure sales goals, e.g., deadline, scope are achieved. Assists with service problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed. Work on workflow management system for sales tracking and scheduling. Act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor organizations to ensure all sales targets and requirements are met.
