Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic to join our recruitment team as a Recruitment

Specialist. This offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and provides an

opportunity to learn and develop skills in sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential

candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate sourcing,

screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Utilize social media platforms and job portals effectively to search for and attract qualified

candidates.

Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for available

positions.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as organizing resumes, drafting

correspondence, and updating job descriptions.

Requirements:

Strong interest in a career in recruitment or human resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using social media platforms and job portals for candidate sourcing.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices is preferred but not required.
