We are leading Healthcare recruitment specialists with over 20 years of combined experience in recruitment industry. We are looking to recruit office Manager to manage a team of 15 staff. You must have previous Managerial Experience, who are hungry and career driven to work in our Andheri East Office.

This is an office based role and will not be permitted to work from home. Hence you must be flexible with the working hours. Our Normal working hours will be from 12 PM till 10 PM due to the international client base.

Job Profile:

Managing the sales and compliance team

Take meetings and manage there KPI's

Headhunting - generating leads and converting them

Training and supporting the staff so they can perform to the best of there ability

ESSENTIAL Skills:

You must have atleast 2 years of Managerial experience to managing a team.

Excellent English speaking and writing skills

Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS Outlook and Internet

Develop processes to increase the productivity
