Key Responsibilities:

2. **Answering Phone Calls**: Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff, and providing necessary information to callers.
3. **Managing Appointments**: Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring that the meeting rooms are prepared and the schedules are followed.
4. **Maintaining Records**: Keep track of visitor logs, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date for security and administrative purposes.
5. **Administrative Support**: Assist other team members with administrative tasks as needed, helping maintain a smooth office environment.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have completed at least their 12th standard and should have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role. Good communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with visitors and team members. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are key to succeeding in this role. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment will also be beneficial.
