Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk in Kanyakumari. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and professional first impression.

- Managing Phone Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate staff, maintaining clear communication at all times.

- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing files, and preparing documents.

- Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and presentable, ensuring a pleasant experience for visitors.

- Handling Inquiries: Respond to inquiries in person or via phone/email, providing accurate information about services and procedures.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 to 7 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role. Candidates must possess a graduate degree and have strong interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential, along with proficiency in basic office software. A professional appearance and the ability to work collaboratively in an office environment are also important. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks will contribute to success in this role.
