Real Estate Sales Executive (1-4 Years)

Job Description

e are hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive to work as an individual contributor supporting the sales team. The role involves interacting with prospective clients, understanding their real estate investment needs, presenting suitable property solutions, and assisting in deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound client interactions

Understand customer requirements and property investment goals

Generate and qualify leads in coordination with sales & marketing teams

Present property details, pricing, and market insights

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution

Support negotiations and documentation process

Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects

Requirements:

04 years experience in Real Estate / Sales / Pre-Sales

Good communication and negotiation skills

Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 20,000 35,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives
