Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth, including identifying new markets for existing products or developing new products for untapped markets

Coordinating with warehouse and shipping staff to ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner

Managing the day-to-day operations of a sales team, including hiring, training, motivating, and disciplining members

Managing the companys relationships with current customers and building relationships with potential clients to generate new business

Planning and executing sales campaigns to increase sales and meet organizational goals

Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock of items that are likely to sell quickly

Communicating with suppliers to ensure that products arrive on time and meet quality standards

Ensuring that all transactions are conducted in accordance with state regulations regarding sales practices such as pricing, financing, leasing, and appraisal of homes or other properties
