Job Description:-

DRR Builtcon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Manager to lead sales operations, manage teams, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate industry and proven experience in sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Manage and supervise the sales and telecalling team.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies.

3. Generate business opportunities and increase revenue.

4. Handle client meetings and negotiations.

5. Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets.

6. Train and guide team members.

7. Prepare sales reports and business updates for management.

Requirements:-

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Management.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

4. Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

5. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

6. Bachelor's degree preferred.
