Key Responsibilities:-

1. Manage and supervise the sales and telecalling team.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies.

3. Generate business opportunities and increase revenue.

4. Handle client meetings and negotiations.

5. Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets.

6. Train and guide team members.

7. Prepare sales reports and business updates for management.

Requirements:-

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Management.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

4. Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

5. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

6. Bachelor's degree preferred.
