Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team for an upcoming commercial real estate project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in commercial properties, and possess excellent leadership and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Drive sales for commercial real estate units including retail outlets, and other commercial properties.

€¢ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.

€¢ Generate leads through networking, referrals, online portals, and corporate contacts.

€¢ Conduct client meetings, site visits, and provide detailed project presentations.

€¢ Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

€¢ Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.

€¢ Track and report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

€¢ Ensure timely closure of deals and documentation in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in any Stream. Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

€¢ Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales.

€¢ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

€¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

€¢ In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory framework.

€¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
