we are seeking an experienced and driven sales manager to join our dynamic team for an upcoming commercial real estate project. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in commercial properties, and possess excellent leadership and client management skills.

key responsibilities:

drive sales for commercial real estate units including retail outlets, and other commercial properties.

develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.

generate leads through networking, referrals, online portals, and corporate contacts.

conduct client meetings, site visits, and provide detailed project presentations.

maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.

track and report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

ensure timely closure of deals and documentation in compliance with company policies.

qualifications & skills:

bachelors degree in any stream. business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales.

proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory framework.

ability to work independently and as part of a team.
