Female - Urgent Requirement For Real Estate Consultant

We are looking for a Real Estate Consultant based in Ranchi, preferably a female candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. The consultant will work full-time from the office and will be responsible for various tasks that will help clients make informed property decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. This helps in providing tailored solutions that best fit their requirements.

- Market Research: Conduct research on current real estate trends and property values in Ranchi. Staying informed enables the consultant to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

- Property Listings: Create and manage listings of available properties. Clear and appealing listings attract potential buyers and renters.

- Viewings and Open Houses: Organize and conduct tours of properties for clients. A personal touch during viewings can enhance the client’s experience and assist in closing deals.

- Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiations with sellers or landlords. Good negotiation skills are critical in securing the best deals for clients.

- Documentation: Prepare and verify necessary documents for transactions. Ensuring all paperwork is correct is vital for smooth and legal property dealings.
